Estate Planning
In creating your estate plan, we have a number of tools available, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives. Depending on the size of your estate, more complex measures may be appropriate. Even if you already have an estate plan in place, due to the constantly changing tax law, you should review it every few years.
Estate Administration
We can also help families who have found themselves in probate after a loved one has passed away, either with or without an estate plan. We will represent you at each step, from filing the will and notifying heirs or legatees, to transferring and retitling assets to the intended beneficiaries. If a loved one has recently passed away and have questions or would like to discuss the next steps, please contact us to schedule a meeting.
